Pork roast with mushrooms, onion, canned diced tomatoes and red peppers baked in the roast.
take your roast pan, put in the roast, Add garlic salt and pepper....can of diced tomatoes, sliced red peppers, onions and a package of whole mushrooms. throw it all in the pan and cook uncovered at 375 until the roast is cooked fully ( 150 internal temp, use a meat thermometer, or cut the roast and check for no pink.
Cauliflower cut up and pre cooked lightly in microwave glass dish for 10 minutes with a little water to soften
Transfer to oven after you pour over a 1/2 cup of milk and and 1/4 cup of ranch dressing with a tablespoon of flour beat in to allow it to thicken like gravy while cooking.
Garlic and pepper and grated cheddar over top stick it in the overn beside the roast...lower temp to 350 degrees and cook uncovered for about for 30 minutes, or until cheese is browned and sauce is bubbly.
